Coaching & Mentoring

Delivered by experts in supporting students

TEE Coaching and Mentoring services are provided by former UK independent boarding schools headteachers and senior pastoral leaders, all of whom are passionate about supporting children. All our staff are appropriately trained and regulated.

We will be working alongside parents. As former pastoral leaders in boarding school environments, we understand the importance of balancing the best interests of the child with the needs of their mothers and fathers. We will communicate with parents with honesty, with sensitivity and with care, but are primarily invested in improving the journey of their sons and daughters.

How does it work?

A fact-finding and objective assessment with feedback and guidance.
One-to-one chats and regular check-ins to support key goals and milestones.
Short- and longer-term coaching and mentoring packages, with flexibility in terms of number and frequency of sessions.

Our Service

As part of our service, we will use the Performance Learning assessment, an OFQUAL regulated framework, to support your children's wellbeing, intellectual readiness and emotional resilience, helping them to understand their agency to empower and influence their own future. Performance Learning is used as a pastoral support tool at many leading UK schools, including Eton College and Rugby School.

We work with :

  • Children from nine years old, whose level of language and comprehension allows them to access our assessment and to converse with English speaking consultants;

  • Children at any school, studying for any curriculum;

  • Children who are looking to move schools as well as those looking to stay in their current school;

  • Children looking to move to boarding schools in a different country;

  • Older teenagers as they look to transition towards higher education and further study;

  • Undergraduates seeking support as they navigate through their lives away from home and as they consider choices after graduation.
